Please help fixing a damaged section of laminate flooring. The damage is located at the threshold of a doorway, where the laminate planks have become loose and separated from each other. There is also some visible water damage around the damaged area. The task is to repair the damaged laminate flooring. This will likely involve removing the damaged planks, repairing any underlying damage to the subfloor, and then installing new laminate planks. It may be possible to simply repair the existing planks.

Section of skirting board in en suite bathrroom (approx 55cm) have come away/ warped slightly due to water damage. Need them to be removed replaced.
