Unfortunately the person who was fitting my flooring suddenly passed away. I have a small section in the lounge, and the hallway [4pks] engineer timber flooring including beading to be fitted.

I have 8 boxes of flooring to be layed from a job that has already started. Unfortunately the person who was doing it has passed away. I am urgently in need of completing my floor.

Need approx 6m of skirting board removed and replacement skirting board installed

Some skirting board has cracked and we need it removed without damaging the wall (which we would probably do if we did it ourselves). Room is 3.7m X 3.3m.
