I need a skirting board fitted. About 100cm removed and replaced. I have the board. It needs to trimmed and fitted. I also have a shed that's about 3m by 1.5m that needs to be taken down and removed.

1a Remove old MDF subfloor board (2 or 3 damaged screws may need to be drilled out) b. New MDF is roughly correct size but may need to be cut a few centimetres shorter c. Place that down and secure 2. small shelf that needs to be fitted in a room (two screws) 3. Want to replace material of blinds. Needs to be cut too size.

Approx 20cm of carpet has come free from threshold needs re stretching

I have the underfloor heating system installed on the ground floor. There are two zones, 4 pipes to be pressure tested for leaks. So I'm looking for a qualified plumber who can come at any point of the day (weekends including) who can come with pressure testing equipment and do pressure testing of 4 pipes. It's a 4 hour basic job, so I'd like to pay £100 for this. Based near Morden station.
