It is one room, which is 3.3m by 4.3m with two alcoves to work around; in one corner where a cupboard has removed, there is a raised concrete area - am open to the most practical solution for this. The subfloor (likely wooden planks and concrete, if like the other rooms) needs some work to make it level, my dad (a joiner before he retired) did the other two rooms and said this was the case, he is unfortunately unavailable to lay this floor hence my request. He will later fit skirting so that does not need to be done as part of the job.
