The subfloor (likely wooden planks and concrete, if like the other rooms) needs some work to make it level, my dad (a joiner before he retired) did the other two rooms and said this was the case, he is unfortunately unavailable to lay this floor hence my request. He will later fit skirting so that does not need to be done as part of the job. I have put a dummy figure in for the budget, I am looking for reasonable quotes for the work and the right person with experience who I can trust. Thank you
