I am looking to have the wooden floor of a flat completely sanded and re-varnished. The property is on the 3rd floor (no lift) and has 2 floors. There would be a bit less than 70 sqm to do.

Three rectangular rooms, two with fireplaces that will require some cutting of the wood. Underlay to go down first. Total is approx 40m2.

Replace some decking planks & seal with protector Looking for someone to come replace around 8 planks of decking where it has rotted (planks already here), and then coat deck with waterproof Ronseal decking protector (ideal if you can supply & I will reimburse you). Ideally to be completed Wednesday 12 June or if needed, Thursday 13 July. Decking size approximately 28 sqm but around 8-9 planks need sorting.

Underfloor heating hasn't been in use for months. Upon wanting to use it, the Heatmiser branded switchboard no longer powered on. Purchased a new model and just installed it, but it also does not powering on. Will need help fix the issue and install the new unit.

We might have to sand & varnish the flooring of our office. The walls are getting painted + redecorated Monday-Wednesday. We hope for remaining furniture to have been removed by Thursday. So Friday would be ideal for floors. I found this online for typical floor size: Office size: 1,045 sq. ft. Kitchen & toilets don't have wooden floors., so it would just be the blue + purple parts on the floorplan attached. Apartment, Eagle Point, 165 City Road, London EC1V There was a leak in the apartment above mine and as a result the damage in the pictures attached has been incurred. additionally during inspection of the bathroom tiles were needed to be removed. - Once I removed the tile I could see that the previous installers had installed the Probe for the electric underfloor heating behind the tile. Because of this the probe wire has been cut through when removing the tile.
