There was an historical slow leak, which may not have been properly repaired. Hence need to replace skirting board, flooring and check there is no slow leak inside toilet surround.

I have underlay and carpet in my guest bedroom that needs to be refitted. I needed to build up the skirting boards which were too high and the gap between carpet and skirting board was too big. I bieve the majority of work is done, just needs to be finished off. I also have underlay down in the hallway and need the sisal to be fitted.
