There was an historical slow leak, which may not have been properly repaired. Hence need to replace skirting board, flooring and check there is no slow leak inside toilet surround.

I have underlay and carpet in my guest bedroom that needs to be refitted. I needed to build up the skirting boards which were too high and the gap between carpet and skirting board was too big. I bieve the majority of work is done, just needs to be finished off. I also have underlay down in the hallway and need the sisal to be fitted. Floor is installed just Scotia beading left, simply hammering and nailing to wall and floor. (Tools required: Stanley knife, hammer and nails, hand saw to cut the Scotia beading where needed) Fit Ali tramline skirting/Scotia beading and floor transitions in hallway and kitchen/WC area very small rooms it's designed to go with a small cut out of the LVT flooring.
