I have a small section of wall where skirting board was removed. 140cm x 9.5cm. Please can someone help to add new skirting board?

It is to install vinyl flooring(which we have the materials for) in 5 bathrooms - each bathroom having 4SQM in making it an overall metreage of 20SQM. It would be to install this on ply which is already there. It also has 2 areas which need need LVT laying to a self levelled floor. I will attach images and send over the address.

Burnt carpet in bedroom w iron, need that area replaced but don’t have any spare carpet so may need help sourcing it if you can help w it?

Hello, We have a lot of general wear and tear around the flat that needs fixing which I've listed below. We also really want someone who can come and finish off our skirting boards as we've recently widened our door into the kitchen. Unfortunately our last trader let us down and did not come back and finish his work. - hole in living room that needs filling in - 3 x hole in hallway that needs filling in - finishing off skirting board for hallway/kitchen including ensuring all holes are filled in on both sides and also threshold is added between tiles and wooden floor - see picture - new light switches in house including kitchen x 12 - changing door knobs on internal doors - trimming down 2 x kitchen plinths (recently had tiles done and they both just need trimming down) - door fixing on bathroom - Due date: Flexible

I need some Amtico Click Smart LVT flooring laid. The flooring underneath is in good condition, so doesn't need latex. No glue is required for the LVT. The skirting boards need lifting and new ones put back. It's 2 rooms (one very small, one a bit bigger), a small hallway, About 31m2 in total We currently have furniture in the rooms but these can be moved. If the walls get damaged through removing the skirting, I would want the walls to be filled and repaired but don't need to be painted. - Due date: Flexible
