I am looking to fit an electric under floor heating in a 2 bedroom apartment. Heating system will be supplied. Apartment 71 sqm.. New laminated flooring will be needed to fitted after the heating system is installed. Previous references for fitting laminate flooring required, and ideally experienced in installing under floor electric heating.

Skirting board on the stairs needs to be repaired.

As per title, need to lay laminate floor and Scotia edging trim to hallway. We have the planks. Size of hallway is c 4mx1m.

I am having fitted wardrobes installed, so I will need someone to remove them and dispose of them. I will also need the carpet to be removed where the wardrobes will be. The wardrobes are free standing and they are two double wardrobes. I have included the dimensions of the wardrobe, so you can see how much carpet needs to be removed.

A previous work man came to do a job, which required the floor boards in the bedroom to be pulled up. The work man failed to lay the floor board back in the corrct position, so the floor boards are cirrently over lapping in places. Im due to have lament flooring fitted soon,so i need the floor boards to be laying flat correctly and screwed in tightly before the lament floor is layed.

Hi - looking for someone to rip up existing engineered wood floor and replace with tiling throughout. Kitchen/extension is a concrete base and living room is floor boards.
