I need someone to please lay laminate flooring in my kitchen. I think it's 5.04m2 / 4.61 x 1.76 according to plans. I have the flooring and the underlay.

I need carpet fitted in one small bedroom

Bathroom floorboards underneath tiles are weak / bend and need replacing. Looking for an experienced tiler to 1) take up the existing tiles, electric underfloor heating mat and old / weak floorboards 2) replace with new floorboards 3) install new electric underfloor heating mat, re-tile floor and make good. Pipes are directly below floorboards so need to be careful not to damage these / cause a leak. First day - to remove tiles and floorboards and replace with new floorboards and install new electric heating system Second day - retile and make good - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 7 July 2023

I require three carpet thresholds to be installed. 1) between carpet and carpet. Length = 75.5.cm between frame. Width at least 4.5cm between carpets 2) between carpet and tile. Length = 70cm between frame and at least 5cm between carpet and tile 3) previous below head room step removed so carpet needs repair. Either with threshold around edges or matching carpet. Underlining also required to bring level. See pictures Current thresholds are not wide enough so I would need new ones sourced
