i just need my lamnate flooring putting down an painting just down stairs

I need carpets for the upstairs (2 beds, stairs and hallway) and laminate for downstairs (small kitchen, entrance and living room). Need to be able to get the flooring and install it asap as I have been let down by previous workmen!

The carpet has come loose where it was fixed from under the door and it's had to be pulled back so the door can open. I rent so I don't want to replace the entire thing whilst I still live here, I would like the small section to be replaced and fixed in the interim as it looks dreadful at present - Due date: Flexible

Floor slightly damaged in the hallway because of a steam mop, bubbles in one of the planks - Due date: Flexible

We'd like to restore the floorboards in one of the rooms in our Victorian property. We've lifted the carpet and about 90% of the floor is in good condition (the total size of the room is 2.95x2.8m). We'd like some advice on how to deal with the damaged boards/gaps between boards and a quote for getting these replaced/repaired and the gaps filled. We're happy to do the sanding and varnishing ourselves so it's just the cost of replacing the boards/filling gaps that we'd need (materials + labour). I need a kitchen floor tiling with cork tiles - it has Lino at the moment and is 16m square approx - I can't tell what is underneath the Lino until 1st September - the Lino needs to be removed. I also need some heaters to be attached to the wall the job needs to be completed between 1st and 6th September.
