We have a built in fridge / feezer which basically sits inside a two door cupboard unit. The cupboard door for the fridge part appears to be hindering the closure of the actual fridge door. I have a broken integrated fridge freezer that needs removing and taken away. I then need new fridge freezer installed.

My tenants have quoted the fridge freezer making noises and not cooling food as expected. It would be great to have someone review potential issues. Brand of the fridge freezer is Zanussi but not sure of the model number (have requested this). The date of repair isn't set - I'd like this done asap but it's not urgent, so I am flexible.
