Hi there, I need some help moving some office furniture and boxes of books from a storage room in Amwell Street, Islington, Postcode EC1R, to my office in St John Street, postcode EC1M. It's a 10 minute drive. The storage room is on the ground floor and there is parking right outside. There is also space to park outside the office. I will need help carrying the furniture up 1 flight of stairs. I need to move: 1 toolbox, 2 gazebos (packed in cylindrical bags), 2 large boxes containing the empty water carton weights for the gazebos, 1 shredder, 2 large boxes of finance receipts and papers, 4 large plastic boxes of books and art materials, around 8 medium sized (roughly 40cm wide) boxes of books, 2 small cardboard cut-out signs, and 1 large cardboard cut out sign that is about 170cm tall and 170cm wide (but very light) and a pack of 8 x 2 litre bottles of water, a first aid kit, 2 packets of a2 sized paper. The only date I can do this is Monday 14th October, ideally at 9:30am but can do later in the day if needed. I need to move 4 x pedestal drawer units, 1 shelf with pull-out plastic trays (photo attached, please note this is approx 6ft high), and 5 folding metal chairs. I can be flexible about the date and time, but it will need to be during office hours (9am - 5pm) Many thanks Holly

We have moved out and some furniture unfortunately can't come with us. The bed and mattress are high quality - very sad to have to let this go. You will need to come and pick it all up, (two people required), along with a small amount of remaining things, tools, junk, etc. if you are disposing of the junk. Need to hire a strong man with a van to help us collect a 3 seater sofa from N8 0HT and bring it to a flat at EC1Y 8NQ. We will help with the lifting. The is a big lift into the flat (we don't need to carry anything up stairs). Ideally, I think that the process will be easiest if we can get in the van after the collection, so we arrive at the same time at the drop off? Can negotiate on that point :)

Monday July 10 @ 11:00am (possibly earlier if you’re available on call from 8am - otherwise 11am works). - Carrying approximately 50 large size moving boxes approximately 75 metres into a ground level flat up two outdoor stairs; - Carrying of approximately 10 other pieces of light furniture none bigger than a large size moving box; - Carrying from the flat to the curb approximately 75 metres and down two outdoor stairs one dissembled sofabed, one disassembled bed frame, and one double sized mattress. We do not have a hand truck or sack truck and one may be helpful. You do not need a van or a vehicle. This should take one person less than two hours and two people less than one hour.
