My order at IKEA was picked up by someone else, not only Joao stuck around for much longer than he needed to await staff to investigate, he went into IKEA to get each missing item and paid for them himself, and put them all in his car and brought them to me. He goes above and beyond to ensure the job is done to a super high standard. I cannot recommend him enough!
