Tap for water and electric socket exists in the garden. For cleaning the stone grounds however, we don't have sufficient equipment; so, please bring your own. Related with quoting: please consider that I only review quotes for the completion of the full task. After making the offer do not tell me that you only work for X hours for the job and if it requires more hours to work you charge for a Y£ p/h rate. To summarize, please only quote for the full task. It's up to you on how many hours you'll complete it: either you work slow or fast. Same applies for the tools that you'll bring in for cleaning the stone grounds: we don't care what you bring in but at the end of the day we expect them to be clean.
