The back part of the fence is leaning over and needs mending, some panels are rotting some are broken, as is the garden gate. Offers to replace would be fab. Will need guidance on what to order but happy to order new fencing from B&Q if necessary. Have put £900 as a starting point (assuming it’s 3 days of work), but open to offers. You'll need to collect the fencing and use your own tools to remove the rotting fence that's there, and replace it securely with the new fence. I'd like the fence wood stained to match other side in the garden i.e. the shed.

My housemate and I need someone to build a cat ladder so that our cat can climb from our first floor terrace/balcony down to the neighbouring fence below.
