Lawn needs to be mowed front and back and grass edges trimmed. We have a plant out the front needs to be trimmed. Weeds need to be cleaned up over one gutter. Waste needs to be taken as we don’t have a bin for green waste. We will need someone on a regular basis. You need to be able to take your tools through the house as we don’t have backyard access from the front.
