Looking for someone to come in to help with the couple of points below: 1) bring own lawnmower and cut garden and remove weeds and plants between tiles and bag any garden waste to green bags (if it can be taken brilliant...otherwise dont worry ... will look at our options via council ... 2) collate dumped items in garden by previous tenants to one side ready for waste disposal ..if you have the facility to dispose of them on same day...bonus and can pay extra £20 to take (Items are: a washing machine, weird looking sponges, child bike, computer chair, hanging boxing/exercise bag, 4x broken garden chairs, broken lawnmower and a broken weights bench, soil, dead plants and odd metal, torn plastics, metal and wood scraps) N.B. be noteful not to remove mint and herbs planted and please note we have an over friendly cavapoo who loves to play catch in the garden with anyone (she will bring her own toys and be your best friend if you acknowledge her and possibly will want to help clear the garden too) Any advise how to treat the snails in the garden bearing in mind we own a dog that goes in garden along with a herb and mint section that dont want to ruin would be a bonus and if all goes well...maybe we can look at diaries to book regular maintenance dates? - Due date: Flexible Costs are: £65 base £5 for lawnmower, £5 for travel fees £5 for garden bin bags + additional snail treatments (have some snail treatments only indoors) TOTAL: £80 ADDITIONAL £20 CASH IF IT CAN BE DISPOSED BY YOURSELF SAME DAY ...
