We would like someone to attend our property and spend an afternoon on the front and back garden, to make them tidier and more presentable for house viewings. We are also looking at the option to have pre-grown turf laid down in both gardens (front/ back), although this will be a separate cost and visit. We would like a quote for the work, with and without the turf. Initially, the visit will involve: - Mowing front and back lawns - Clearing leaves and twigs and any stray rubbish from gardens, packing into refuse sacks. - Throwing away leaves in local bins - Trimming hedges and any thin, hanging branches (accessible ones) - Fixing a small, broken part of a low wooden fence. - Any other work that improves presentation and tidiness. - Separately, please quote for the work to have the garden turfed with pre-grown lawn.
