Deep clean of house, with: - 1x open-plan kitchen & living room - 1x small downstairs toilet - 1x bedroom - 1x bathroom - 1x staircase And, brush and tidy (e.g. leaf collection) of patio (3mx3m) and astroturf garden (3mx3m). Deep clean to include: - Oven - Fridge - Freezer As part of deep-clean, all surfaces (inc. desks and tables), inside windows, radiators, fans, toilets, shower, etc, to be cleaned and sanitised, and have lime-scale and mould removal. The house is a new build, around 5 years old, so generally in very good upkeep. Only limited cleaning supplies available, so please bring deep-cleaning products. A basic vacuum is available, as is a sturdy brush for outside spaces. No mop/bucket is available.

A simple hedge trimming required

Cut hedges back and lower. Dispose of waste. Lay a concrete area. Fill in disused swimming pool and make it a concrete seating area instead.

1. Front hedge is overgrown and needs a tidy. 2. Back garden requires all weeds and brambles removed, rose bushes to be cut back and dig borders. 3. Would also require all the garden waste generated to be taken away.
