Garden maintenance & lawn mowing

Hi all, I work for a charity called Solidarity Sports and we look after vulnerable families in West London who are going through/recovering from trauma. We are in the process of helping a grandma get her house redone and improve her living conditions. The family has a small garden approx 5mx5m and it is overgrown with weeds about a meter or so tall. I wish to try and clear the whole garden and also try and remove growth from the weeds. The plan is to raise money to get astroturf or artificial grass in the garden where the grass was. The waste needs to also be taken away. Being a charity I have a limited budget but can be on hand to help if it reduces costs. Looking forward to hearing from you.
