Weeding & pest control

I inherited a messy garden when moving in. The first job needed is cutting the very long grass, it needs a first cut and I'm not sure a mower will be able to do it, it may need shearing. After that any other weeding and tidy up that's possible. I have a garden waste bin. Garden size approx 30sqm.
