Garden maintenance & lawn mowing

The house I rent in Wood Green, London, N225BL, has a medium-sized rectangular yard in the back of the house (¬27sq.m), which had been neglected. Most of the backyard, 80% is covered with concrete slabs, no lawn, or flowers. But in the remaining 20%, there are 2 fruit trees, a large fig tree and a pear tree that have lost their fruit and leaves, which have piled up on the ground and are a source of attraction for rodents as well as some wild roses and other flowers that they need pruning. What we would like is 1. Complete pruning of the large fig and pear tree and removal of all branches from the yard 2. Pruning the rest of the flowers (located in the back of the yard 3. Complete gathering and removal of all organic waste & removal of all fallen fruits, dry branches, and leaves from the yard as well as those that have fallen into the yard gutters. I would also like to add that there is no back door and the entrance to the back yard is from the house and for this reason we would like the dispose of all organic waste and other yard waste to be put in compost bags and to be done with great care. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 28 December 2023
