The existing gate in weak and not secure. We need to purchase the replacement gates, and fix them

Beautiful olive trees are pushing the garden fence and it looks like eventually the wall will fall. We need to cut part of the trees pressing the fence to take the pressure off . We also need to rearrange the small gate position since the trees pushed it a bit further and it is getting harder to close it properly. I need someone to come an give me a quote for the job so I can present it to my landlord.

We would like 5 photos (x2 A1, x3 A3) to be mounted/hung and we live in a basement flat so will likely need a masonry drill. Would the tasker be able to bring the nails to hang? We would also like our dog gate installation to be complete. This will also be into an outer wall so will need a small masonry drill.

I have fit a baby dan baby gate but the fit is not good and it needs someone with experience to fix it. It's slightly complicated by the limited space.

Nail back fence post I have with probably 2 thin nails, mend shed door the end panel has come off, make sure gate works - currently is tied up with cable ties so may need posts anchoring/replacing. Gravel needs weeding & topping up with 2 bags of gravel to match existing. I can pay for gravel & any posts/paint/new shed door if needed.
