I have a requirement for a multiskilled maintenance engineer for 1 day to fix a pedestal drill. I can pay a day rate for the service.

Mainly maintence like repairing dry wall/painting bathroom ceiling regrouting floor tiles, repairing spindle on external gate, replacing shed window, putting up shelves in cupboard and replacing bi fold door. List available as can't add all pictures.

Bbq is a char broil gass bbq. Not heating up well. Needs clean up, tune up and ensure gas is flowing correctly

Looking for help on adhoc basis with jobs around the garden, painting the decking, fence, jet wash the patio, cut grass and bit of digging tidying up. Will pay £20 per hour. This may involve fitting raw plugs into masonry since the new box is smaller than the old one, though power is already available at the point. I had a salt water tank but changed it to a tropical water tank but I can’t get all of the salt out of the tank and it’s throwing the reading off
