Replace some roof tiles and fix internal roof membrane as it's broken from few places. Seal concrete gutters and paint. Fix the uPVC joint on the side gutters. Only professionals contact me no amateurs. Pictures are attached

1- Seal concrete gutters with either Flexitec 2020 Resin or Aluminium gutter lining 2- Paint them with white exterior paint. 3- Replace the wooden fascia board in the rear as seen in the photo. 4- The front flat roof also need sealing as some portion of felt has come off from the wall. 5- Roof tile pointing is required as in photo. 6- Some small portion of felt inside the loft is broken and it needs fixing. Information: There are no side concrete gutters only front and rear for the size of 3 bedroom semi detached house. The quote should include labour and materials. Plastic guttering above the back door is leaking at a joint and dripping. It’s about 8ft high so just a standard ladder will suffice

Clean all Concrete and UPVC guttering front, side and rear Repair where necessary and waterproof all gutterings Paint the concrete gutterings. The front upvc downpipe has come off from concrete gutters, and side uPVC gutters may need replacing joint. White paint on concrete gutters is required

Need to fix / fasten gutter joint that is leaking

The gutter connection has come apart at the top, near the roof. It should just need a screw or glue to fix it but you will need a ladder.

Guttering is too short, has no end and connection to downpipe might need to be re-arranged. I have some parts: end piece, corner piece and clip.

There is a leak from the down gutter pipe and need to be replaced. Please provide quotation.

To fill gaps, holes and repair the pointing at the top (pic 1), where water is getting through on that Top corner where all the pointing is missing, as well as all along and down that vertical line to the left of and behind gutter down-pipe.. see pics attached..

We have a single downpipe where the gutter is pouring over the top from the first floor and splashing down the side of the house - the drain at the bottom is a concealed subterranean type so not sure if its the gutter seal at the top, the down pipe or the drain.
