Oven has been removed, electrician is re-siting the cabling on Wednesday. Need units fixed to wall and re-fixed to worktop. Then Oven will be lifted back in. 2. Add plumbing for washing machine (next to sink) 3. Make good flooring (sawdust & PVA in gaps) 4. Complete Tiling on cooker wall and 5 rows high around kitchen 5. Make good tiling in Bathroom (inc fit a wooden shelf in place of tiles at end of bath)

I have a broken gutter bracket and because of the steep angle the water doesn't drain properly. This is on the side of a 2 story house. You'll probably need a tall ladder to reach it and a bit difficult access as there is a carport underneath.

We have existing pipes for central heating system but want to replace all the radiators in the house (x8). All the old ones have been taken off and taken to dump. So just need to hang the new ones. These are not heavy designer radiators - they are Type 11 flat panel radiators. Potentially we would like to move one of the radiators in one bedroom from the internal wall to under the window. Depending on how much extra that costs.
