i need a EIC and EICR certificate done to my property. The last electrician completed the works as i got spotlights throughout the whole house, about 10 new sockets and a new fuse board. But never received an EIC certificate from him. I have tried contacting him but no response. This was about 2 weeks ago. i need an eic and eicr certificate for me to be able to rent out the new flat. just not sure what to do ??

the guttering looks old and rusted, doesn't seem to be a leak , just pealing off/ rotted. Fascias also looks old/ rusting. wanting it to cleaned or rust damage to be fixed and painted over. also to check if rainwater fittings are all good or need repair as well
