I’m looking to renovate my flat this summer with a small budget. I will be using majority second hand pieces and looking for a professional that is up for that kind of project. Summary below: 1. Strip existing carpet and replace with wooden flooring/tiling 2. Install panelling through lounge and hallway 3. Install media wall unit 4. Strip kitchen and utility and install new 5. Strip bathrooms and install new 6. Install new blinds/curtains 7. Install wooden side gate 8. Install mature hedging for security

Post updated: Hi, ideally we'd just get a visit for a day rate as unsure on how long the job will take, may require multiple short visits to resolve but can agree next steps on first meet. Our pergola is leaking, may need significant changes or simple fix from someone experienced. We opted for a very shallow fall however that doesnt appear to be the reason for the ongoing issues. The vast majority of the leaks are on joints or where its pinned.

There was a wind, that moved the Gazebo from the patio. We been help to put it back and fix it to the fixings on the patio.

Electric recliner - part of under chair open/closing mechanism broken when forced shut with something in the way (did not know something in the way). Can still recline but not as much control. Separate back recliner seems ok but doesn@5 fully go back unles sec pressure, as tied in to the bottom recline function. - Due date: Flexible
