Remove heater from wall , replace element, replace heater on wall, wire in.

Guttering, outside pipe work to be repaired. Heating not pumping hot water in the kitchen only. May require a filter fitted to the boiler. Replace wood window from of house with double glazed window. A wooden door canopy to be mounted to a front door. Plastering.

Biasi boiler’s pilot does not light - when it does it just stays on for a few seconds and then goes out. Can sometimes take up to 39/45 minutes to get it to light but again it will go out. Without hot water at the moment so need a solution asap. Need an initial check to see whether it can be repaired or needs replacing.

Boiler does not fire up when hot tap is turned on

Current thermostat has stopped working and needs repair asap! Open to suggestions for replacement thermostats. Need to be a qualified tradesman/ electrician, and had to be able to show me previous work!

Clearance and removal of loft insulation and debris, approx 6.5x6.5m. The lath and plaster ceiling below the loft will be coming down so happy to receive quotes for that as an additional fee.

The AA have advised the gasket to the thermometer in my car is leaking and needs replacing

Radiator in bedroom works but the radiators in the rest of the house don’t.

Car engine chcked by a mechanik for mechanical repairs but he diagnosed and said its electrical fault because the fan is not working and engine temeratur is rising.
