Have bought tado smart thermostat, that requires installation of the control as shown in this video https://youtu.be/TxY1FmTtCrs?si=QSg6f1FT4Fmf4VoK. I can do internet part of installation, just not confident on the screwing the right wires in the right place for the new control. Just need help with that. Shouldn't take even up to 30 minutes.

Boarding out our semi boarded loft There is lighting up there and a fixed ladder to access the loft :)

When we run the hot water there is a loud banging noise coming from the loft. I think its something to do with the cold water tank, filling up, or the water coming from the hot water tank. I don't think its just "water hammer". I think the tank in the loft might need draining down, as it could be full of limescale or something like that. Once before, someone did drain it to sort our a radiator and the noise stopped, that was about a year ago, and its now come back. It only happens when we run the hot water for a bath or shower. It doesn't happen when the heating is on, or running cold water.

Boiler is working fine. Buy the central heating has stopped working. Its was absolutely fine before a boiler mechanic fixed it for Boiler . He may have mis configured the remote device
