Since I bought my home in February, my boiler has not worked correctly. Not only does the water in the shower get so hot that it burns, the heating system (also run through the boiler) runs inconsistently. I had it adjusted once by a plumber, however the modification lasted for less than 2 weeks before the water became unbearable again. 13 year old Vaillant EcoTech boiler still in good condition leaks to the outside. This requires daily manual increase of pressure. Would need an engineer to find and fix the leak.

Install Nest thermostat on Vaillant Turbomax 828 (10-12 years old). There is currently no thermostat installed on the boiler, and therefore would need new wiring.

Our boiler has broken twice now with the same part leaking, I believe it has been the expansion tank twice now. The gas safety inspector that spotted the latest leak suggested that it was likely mineral build up and that it needed descaling or cleaning as well as another new expansion tank. Assuming this is all correct please let me know what this will cost and your availability this week. The boiler is an Ecotec plus 630. Thank you.

The Honeywell automatic bypass has burst open. The bypass valve requires replacement before the system can be refilled and the boiler reinstated. I need this done asap as I don't have heating and hot water.
