My potterton promax combi HE plus A range 28 boiler is having pressure faults. It read low pressue (e119) fault and initally works after repressuring with opening of the filling loop valves. However the pressure then read too high but has since settled and went low again requiring repressuring. The expansion vessel may be faulty and need replaced. The boiler was installed 11 years ago.

The heating isn’t turn on

Wilo yonos Para pump for heating stopped working and led is flashing red and green. According to the manual, flashing green/red indicates under/over-voltage but I get a reading that’s within the range. Not sure if I need an electrician or plumber. Our boiler has broken twice now with the same part leaking, I believe it has been the expansion tank twice now. The gas safety inspector that spotted the latest leak suggested that it was likely mineral build up and that it needed descaling or cleaning as well as another new expansion tank. Assuming this is all correct please let me know what this will cost and your availability this week. The boiler is an Ecotec plus 630. Thank you.

The Honeywell automatic bypass has burst open. The bypass valve requires replacement before the system can be refilled and the boiler reinstated. I need this done asap as I don't have heating and hot water.
