I would like you to install my smart thermostat on my household boiler.

We need to replace our boiler but whoever installed our current one has boxed in the pipes below. We basically need the tiles and plasterboard (not sure if that's correct terminology) removed to expose the pipes ready for our new boiler. We will also need some tiles on the adjacent wall removed as the new boiler will now go on the wall next to it.

Task 1: My cooker hood is damaged and I've realised its cheaper to buy a new one than to fix this. I have ordered a new one of the same size dimensions and I need someone to help me install it and take the old one out. Task 2: Fix the lights switch: I have kitchen cabinet lights that dont work. Theres a series of 5 lights in a row so its highly likely that they all went bust at the same time. Ive tested the wall switch and that seems to be fine so not sure where the issue is. Task 3: Routine Service my Keston boiler (no issues with it) Please make me an offer if you are equipped to do all 3 tasks as part of the same visit

Hello, Need a change of the thermostat that is not communicating with the boiler unit. The radiators valve was shut but it kept constantly heating. The thermostat is DANFOSS TPONE-B 1-CHANNEL WIRED PROGRAMMABLE ROOM THERMOSTAT BATTERY-POWERED  Already had a plumber scheduled that was taking too long to ort this out so please only available and responsible tradesmen. My house in Cuttysark se8 3fj has a central heating programmer in apartment that is turning on and off. Heating also turns on and off. I can send a video. Hi I have a slow-medium leak in my Baxi Duotec Combi 24he boiler, and need the following parts swapped out to resolve this. Replacement Parts are in the boiler cupboard ready to go, the system is drained, steps would be as follow: 1. Swap out current heat exchanger 2. Swap out whole diverter assembly 3.
