Find a professional heating and cooling technician in London Leamouth

Hi, I have a SMEG SPA 42016 Guastalla oven (about 18 years old) and it's not heating when on the fan setting, the other settings work okay. When put on the fan setting, it sounds like it's working, the temp light is on, but the oven does not heat at all. Can anyone fix this easily enough or would it be best get a new oven?

Circuit Board Repair - Wall thermostat We live in a new-build flat with integrated thermostats. The thermostat panel in the guest bedroom failed. To determine where the problem was, I took the removable panel from the master bedroom and replaced the spare bedroom's panel, which worked so I am confident something has gone wrong with the thermostat's circuit board and not the main system.

Replace thermostatic cartridge in shower mixer tap valve (which blends hot/cold water) to solve existing issue where water coming from the mixer tap is very hot as I am unable to turn/pull the temperature dial clockwise towards cold setting. The cartridge was sent by the manufacturer who said this was a simple DIY plumbing job and even shared a Youtube video with step by step instructions on how to carry out the task which I'm happy to share

Hello, We have a radiator that needs thermostatic valve exchanged most probably as the radiators in the flat work and heat but this one does not heat up. Boiler is working perfectly and hot water in bathroom and kitchen working very well but radiators are very little warm. We have increased the pressure but radiators are still not heating up very hot - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 18 December 2022

Hello I would need electrician or plumber or handyman to exchange the non - functioning Thermostat (photo of the one attached) It is off and foes not start and therefore the heating in the flat does not work. Kind Regards Dominik

We are looking to get a report of the condition of the apartment. As well as quotes on how much it would cost, if it is possible, to move the washing machine (clothes) to the storage cupboard from the kitchen. And install a rainfall shower head in one bathroom and a pull out faucet in another bathroom's shower. Change the temperature cartridge? thing so the temperature of the water can be adjusted more easily without getting too hot or cold. We would like the report to include any bits that you would like to highlight that may need maintenance work as well as how much it would cost to fix those. We want people who would be able to do the final bits of work later in the year as well. (looking december) No work is to be done at all on the day, just an inspection and a report. We are not owners of the apartment yet, still in the legal process of buying it. This inspection is agreed with the seller and estate agent. This is so we can bring up any large repair bills with the seller to settle the purchase price to reflect the condition of the apartment. The rest of the quote is to speed up the process of moving in so we have all workmen lined up from when we get the apartment and get all the renovation works done quickly. budget is for the report only. The boiler is located in the open plan kitchen in the flat. I would like a box /cabinet built so it is covered and blends in with existing kitchen cabinets.
