Hello, We need to change six thermostatic valves on the radiators in a two-bed flat. 1. Living room 2. Hallway 3. Master bedroom 4. Ensuite towel rail 5. Family bathroom towel rail 6. Second bedroom The whole system most likely needs to be drained to allow for the dry/wet part of the thermostatic valve to be fully exchanged. At the moment, the radiators are fully heated to the maximum and cannot be locally turned off/shut. If you have experience doing this as a plumber, kindly provide a quote. Thank you, Dominik

Hello, We have a heating system that is showing as working but we had it stopped previously through the valve exchange, and now we turned on the valve so the heating should be running fine but it is not. Would need someone to come over and have a look at it to make to work please. There shouldn't be anything necessarily wrong with it to my knowledge, just might be something that I am missing. Any boiler engineers that can help. I have a Biasi boiler, in E15 2DN. We had no hot water, but once I topped up the presher it worked fine for about 1 day, but now not working at all. no central heating no hot water. Can you pop round and fix. Confirm a time/ price if possible.

The thermostatic mixer in the shower doesn't produce hot water, only lukewarm. I think the tab loses grip when I turn it.

We have electric heating in the flat. All other radiators are working except for the one in the bedroom.

Isar HE30 boiler control panel has gone blank/dead. The boiler is working fine for heating and hot water (but the water is too hot). I assume it is the panel that controls the hot water temperature so it is no more controlling. Who can replace the panel and fix this?
