We’re told the isolated fan (big box on top) needs to be moved to the right, a little bit behind of the white box at the bottom in order for the technicians to replace our heating element on the left. Looking for someone who could do this, preferably plumbers or technicians with certificates

The boiler is making a clonky sound when turned on. It has previously been short cycling. I need a gas safe engineer to fix this boiler asap please.

My insinkerator has stopped working. The heating to my bedroom no longer works. When on, the heating makes a clicking noise directly outside my bedroom. It is loud and means we have to turn the heating off overnight.

My heating across my whole house is not working. When it stops working sometimes i press the reset button and turn it off/on and it works again. However it is not working and is showing a flashing red light.

Check the boiler, Water is not heating up, radiators not working as well. We checked the boiler, it’s showing F29 error on the screen. We tried resetting, but it did not work. It keeps showing F28 error now. We need help check the boiler please.

I have a problem with the cistern and hot water because the power cable needs to be replaced because it is old and burnt and it trips the fuses and we need Ian electrician to replace the faulty one.

1) The gas boiler exit flue needs to be made good and sealed internally. 2) The taps in the kitchen and bathroom need to be replaced.

Boiler condensate pipe dripping from boiler, connection need tightening One Rad valve dripping, its new, hopefully just needs tightening Ideally someone who’s experienced with Danfloss RAS-B2 dynamic valves, if so, please configure and balance rads. Valves already installed.

Boiler failure due to issue with ignition

My Vaillant boiler has stopped working. It’s an old boiler and I have recently had Val to look at it before they came in. It was working for about 4 to 6 hours a day before losing pressure. Ironically after they have come in to look at it they fiddled with it and completely broke it. They have now quoted me for a brand-new boiler instead of fixing this one. I know the boiler is good. It just needs someone to at least bring it back to where it was before the Val guy came in. Right now, it loses pressure immediately with a sign saying “F 22” I’m sure it can be fixed. Would love someone to pop in and see if they can help. Many thanks.
