Take off bath panel , adjust Thermostatic Mixing Valve to max temp , screw bath panel back on.

This is a relatively new boiler. Plumber came and could not fix it. Recommended speaking to experienced electrician. Both Boiler and Gas oven not working.

My electric oven will not heat up after my fuse board blew while using it. The hob works, and the light comes on the oven however it isn’t heating up.

Need to check heating; it's not working.

Plumber to look at boiler (new boiler just been fitted). Can’t seem to understand why it’s not working, and small leaking pipe needs to be replaced.

Just got into a new house and the Flow Turbine of my Baxi Duo-tec boiler does not work (according to the technician of the last tenant). Hence, my hot water does not last long when running. The flow turbine needs to be replaced. The radiators/heaters are working perfectly. Please help

Fix leakage of a pipe in the boiler room.

Fit hatch and ladder for loft

New combi boiler fit and complete flush of heating.

Remove heater from wall , replace element, replace heater on wall, wire in.

Flue is leaking. Bottom half needs sealing not sure about top half needs doing before new boiler goes in

Guttering, outside pipe work to be repaired. Heating not pumping hot water in the kitchen only. May require a filter fitted to the boiler. Replace wood window from of house with double glazed window. A wooden door canopy to be mounted to a front door. Plastering.

Biasi boiler’s pilot does not light - when it does it just stays on for a few seconds and then goes out. Can sometimes take up to 39/45 minutes to get it to light but again it will go out. Without hot water at the moment so need a solution asap. Need an initial check to see whether it can be repaired or needs replacing.

Current thermostat has stopped working and needs repair asap! Open to suggestions for replacement thermostats. Need to be a qualified tradesman/ electrician, and had to be able to show me previous work!
