Lift a heavy steel plate 2m*1m (300kg) on to a pallet. The pallet is beside the steel plate that is lying on the ground. Additional task is to lift an engine about 120-150kg to a table at 90cm height from the ground. Engine can be lifted with 3 strong individuals. We have 1 strong individual in house to assist.

We need to move the following items from our garage the ground floor (10-20 meters away) 1. Two seat sofa 2. Ergometric bike 3. Four seat dinning table And the following items from the top floor to the ground floor of the house or garage (18 steps down and a 10-20 meters around) 4. Guest bed (two single beds stacked) 5. Planning to buy a cross-trainer and can disassemble it to help move it upstairs but the base is still about 60kg. It needs to go up a short, narrow flight of stairs and along a hallway but I can't move it alone.
