Lift a heavy steel plate 2m*1m (300kg) on to a pallet. The pallet is beside the steel plate that is lying on the ground. Additional task is to lift an engine about 120-150kg to a table at 90cm height from the ground. Engine can be lifted with 3 strong individuals. We have 1 strong individual in house to assist.

We need to move the following items from our garage the ground floor (10-20 meters away) 1. Two seat sofa 2. Ergometric bike 3. Four seat dinning table And the following items from the top floor to the ground floor of the house or garage (18 steps down and a 10-20 meters around) 4. Guest bed (two single beds stacked) 5. I need someone strong and experienced to help move a very heavy SMEG fridge down 3 flights of stairs and into a van, join me on the 15 minute journey from Tufnell Park to Finsbury Park (I am moving house), and then lift it up 3 flights of stairs into the new house. The move out will be quite tight around some corners and the move in is a little easier but we will need to be very careful to avoid damage to the walls on both ends. If you have not moved a fridge or heavy cumbersome furniture up and down stairs before, this job is not for you! I must make it clear: the fridge is heavy and this will not be easy!
