I need to change the battery in a smoke alarm that is at the top of a vaulted ceiling. It's about 5m high in the middle of the room, so you will need a very tall A frame ladder that can be used without a wall to support it. The flat is also empty so there is nothing else to stand on / assist. I am pretty sure that it needs a 9 volt battery as I've changed another in the same room in the past, but if it can't be replaced immediately I just need to ensure that it stops beeping constantly while we sort out a replacement.

I need handyman with the experience to install the home security system. I am expecting the equipment to arrive on 13th hence need to plan installation on 14th.

I would like a a google nest installed. Previous owner had one so all the wiring should be in place. Just needs connecting to new device

Nest wall thermostat keeps turning off and heat not coming over so need electrician to have a look and fix.
