He double checked I had all the parts before arriving and guided me to get the correct parts when I ordered the wrong ones! I have a wall-mounted TV on an articulating (full motion) bracket, and the bracket arm is no longer locking into place properly. It clicks when inserted (though not as firmly as when it releases), but the TV eventually slips out of the arm connection. This is likely due to a problem with the internal latch or locking mechanism. I’m looking for someone experienced with TV wall brackets to: • Inspect the mechanism (click-lock style) • Identify what’s not engaging properly • And either adjust, repair or recommend a proper long-term fix This isn’t a new TV install - I just want the existing bracket and arm to work securely and reliably.
