My TV broke, It was 13 years old so probably past it but thought it was worth a try. Jay was incredibly prompt and efficient. In the end we couldn't repair it, but he gave me a full account of what was needed to be done and the options and in the end we decided it was not worth it. But he did this in under 24 hours. When I try to turn on my Samsung TV using the power button or remote, the screen briefly shows a dark navy color but never fully powers up. It cycles between black (off state) and dark navy, with intermittent startup sounds, but doesn’t complete the startup. I’ve already tried: Unplugging the TV for 30+ minutes Confirming there’s no physical damage to the TV or screen Once the TV successfully turns on, it works perfectly fine, and there’s no screen damage. Sulieman turned up prepared for the job. He had everything needed to carry out the tasks, which was putting up a 65inch TV onto the wall and baby gates on the staircase. He had great communication and ensured every important detail was discussed before he committed. I also really appreciated the suggestions he made for convenience of use of the items.
