I have a Samsung TV MODEL NUMBER: QE50Q60TAUXXU SERIAL NUMBER: 0EZ73HGR301479R Currently it turns on but goes in a continuous loop between on and off while the screen is black. I have tried all online methods (1) restarting, 2) unplugging for a minute and changing the plug socket to be sure, 3) removed all hdmi connected, 4) tried changing the input/source but the screen is black/dark blue so you cant see) I do believe it is an issue with the hdmi / the tv thinking it should be plugged somewhere but conventional methods arent working - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 22 July 2023
