The TV mount is quite heavy so will likely need some strong support. Manual says tools required are: 4mm drill bit, Philips screwdriver, 10mm masonry bit, stud finder, wrench and socket set, carpenters level. We have a stud wall.

we would like the following done: 1. Mounting 55” TV on plaster wall (including wall wiring(?)) - if possible, if you could also buy the mount/let us know what to buy. 2. Replacing existing downlights with LED, these include: (A) kitchen x 1, living room x2 (the others are already LEDs) (B) two toilets, x6 lights in total 3. Fix/replacing bathroom extractor fan x2 4. Small leak in en-suite sink 5. One of the flush button for the toilet (the small flush) - not sure whether this is fixable. If not, it is okay, we can live with this.
