I have fairly cheap & cheerful Smart TV, I also have a sky box, I am operational in that I can watch it, but somehow I must have things plugged into wrong places, as the TV is not set up, not even Freeview, and I guess I am watching it through the sky box/dish… The television has Netflix & Amazon Prime on it but I can't get it rolling, and am stuck watching any of those options on my laptop. i just need someone to understand what I have done wrong and correct it for me, so I can watch whatever, whenever, on the actual television rather than being stuck with all the IPlayer, Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc having to revert to my laptop. My tv is less than a year old, not fancy, cost about 120, and it is a sharp. I am sure it's simple, but not to me!! I know I have connected the wrong cables to the wrong sockets but I cannot get it right as i am not fluent in technology.
