Hi, We have a Sangamo water heater installed. We have set a few times for it to turn ON and OFF but mostly we get cold water even during the time it is supposed to be ON. Experienced HIU engineer/ boiler engineer needed. Currently only very hot water is coming through the HIU hot water unit. The hot water temperature valve head and body has failed – see picture. The heating pump was working but internal HIU actuator is not opening fully to allow heated water to convey to the ufh manifold near the HIU. Need 2 new parts: (1) a new heating actuator head and (2) new hot water valve and body. Please see attached pictures. Need this urgently done as cannot take shower at the moment since only very hot water is coming through. I will payfor the parts (including new hot water heating actuator head) but I will need you to find and get them. Job is only for experienced HIU/ heating/ boiler engineer.

Hot water has been slowly going in recent weeks, now only lukewarm. No error message on boiler, I have a Vaillant bolier. I need you to check/fix the bolier to get full hot water back. If the bolier is not the issue, I need you to check what else it could be and fix that please.
Mohammed went above and beyond with this job. My hot water was failing and is now piping hot again. He had to really get into my old Vaillant boiler and knew it inside out. He replaced the part and took the time to stick around and re-check everything. Very polite guy who I would happily use again. Furthermore, he even noticed that the extractor fan was broken in the bathroom and fixed that too! Thanks Mo for everything :)
