We suffer from timescale which has previously blocked filters. We can get water through the shower, cold water is perfect and pressure is great, however we only get a dribble of hot water. The bath underneath which uses the same pipe work for hot and cold works fine so I can only assume the problem is in the shower units hot water filter net. Requires qualified heating/ hiu/ hot water engineer. Hot water was initially intermittent and now has stopped flowing. Have inspected and seen there is an issue with the actuator valve. Hot water was temperamental due to the value failing to open and close fully. Job is to attend and replace the defective hot water actuator valve within the HIU , the current valve is not opening fully to allow the water to convey through to the hot water tap. You would need to complete the job and provide any parts needed including the new hot water actuator and valve. Need this urgently done within next couple of days for hot water.
