Requires qualified heating/ hiu/ hot water engineer. Hot water was initially intermittent and now has stopped flowing. Have inspected and seen there is an issue with the actuator valve. Hot water was temperamental due to the value failing to open and close fully. Job is to attend and replace the defective hot water actuator valve within the HIU , the current valve is not opening fully to allow the water to convey through to the hot water tap. You would need to complete the job and provide any parts needed including the new hot water actuator and valve. Need this urgently done within next couple of days for hot water. Need 2 tasks done - (1) toilet flush cover reinstalled as it has come loose. Flush itself and water connection is all fine, just the cover needs replacement and/or fixing and (2) hot water in one of the bathrooms not working (working other parts of house). Not sure what the cause is - need to someone to check and fix as needed.

I drained the cold water tank picture 2 and no hot water coming through pipe . It might be a airlock . Its an electric immersion heater and issue is no water hot or cold coming out of the hot water taps.The cold water taps works perfectly.
