4 bed 3bathroom 5hour house cleaning

I need a cleaner who can do me 8 hours cleaning (start and finish time flexible) cleaning a partially furnished apartment please. There are 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open plan living space with kitchen and a staircase plus balconies. The apartment isn't particularly dirty but does need floors mopping, carpets vaccuming, surfaces dusting, kitchen surfaces wiping etc. The usual type stuff. The one slightly tougher task is that the balconies have got outdoor city grime on them and may take more of a clean. I'd also like the balcony windows outside cleaning plus the inside if there is time. I will supply all of the cleaning products and be around to answer any questions.
