House exterior needs a complete repaint. There are some cracks which will need filling/made good and the exterior will likely need a soft wash before painting. I would like the paint colour to be a soft white/beige colour, not too dissimilar from the current colour. I can purchase paints and materials, as well as supplying scaffolding. You can see the areas marked out in the photo. We're only talking about masonry paint for this job. The current paint is flaking so I don't want it simply repainted over for a crap job so the first stage will be stripping all the paint off to expose the surface. It is an old building so it might have cracks and blemishes, don't expect it to be smooth and new. The second stage of the work is dealing with these imperfections so the end product will be perfect. Let me know what you will do. The final stage will be painting it white again. Myself or other representatives will be on hand to inspect the work at the different stages if you need advice.
