House is 2 bed with lounge kitchen and bathroom as well as hallway. All areas apart for 1 wall and 1 ceiling has covering that needs to be removed . - Due date: Flexible

Painting of all walls, ceilings and woodwork for 2x 4 bedroom semi-detached houses from fresh plaster. Floorplan attached for the 2 houses. Including specifically: - Ceilings - Walls - Door frames - Skirting boards - Window boards - Internal doors - Staircase handles & spindles (x4) Should assume/ include in quote: - Painted Timbers : Filling nail / screw holes and caulking to frames - Wall/timber preparation : Preparing freshly plastered wall by de-nibbing and timbers having light sand for cut surfaces - Paint : Walls Brilliant White Cover Plus Matt Emulsion and woodwork Brilliant White Eggshell. - Bathroom/ en-suites : bathrooms/ensuites will be tiled half height as per last photo, so assume ceiling and half wall painting for bathroom areas. Quote should be for both houses, per floor plan this covers 8 bedrooms and all hallways & living spaces in both houses. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 10 April 2023
