Seeking an experienced cleaner to help with general cleaning (2x bathroom, 3x bedroom), and possibly washing up and/or laundry. We'd specifically like someone who can make the space feel super tidy, organised — someone extremely detail oriented, going beyond cleaning. Ideally you know things like how to care for copper pots/pans, and delicate laundry. We're looking for 3-4 hours a week. Rate negotiable, by the hour. Any day of the week works.

I moved into this studio a year and a half ago. I am moving into a new studio. I need to return the studio back to the state where I found it. This will entail removing the shelves, filling holes and painting over the holes. While also making sure any marks on the walls are painted over. They also want the door painted and the door frame. So, I would need someone who has the tools to paint, fill and drill. I would then like the shelves put up in my new studio, and some other pieces put up. I realise it might be a pretty time-consuming task, so I would say it might be an all-day thing.
